Lifetime Membership
$250 for a family membership (includes all children under the age of 18)
$200 for a single membership (Husband and Wife)
A Lifetime Membership includes 1/2 price registrations and transfers for any animal being registered into your name. AMJA reserves the right to restrict or revoke membership.
Temporary and Permanent Registration Fees
Registration up to 6 months of age (AMJA Members) $12.50
Registration over 6 months of age (AMJA Members) $25.00
Registration up to 6 months of age (non-Members) $25.00
Registration over 6 months of age (non-Members) $50.00
Change to Permanent Status 3+ Years (AMJA Members) $7.50
Change to Permanent Status 3+ Years (non-Members) $15.00
Transfer Fees
$20.00 for AMJA Members

Homestead Certificates
American Mini Jersey Association & Registry offers Homestead Certificates for people with Standard Jerseys wanting to downsize to their preferred size.
These cows can be registered so that when they are bred to Pure Bred Registered Miniature Jersey Bulls their calves can be registered as percentage animals. Every generation will result in a higher percentage animal. These certificates can also be used to breed existing dairy crosses with Pure Bred Miniature Jersey Bulls to achieve a higher percentage animal.
The only caveat is that only calves resulting from a Pure Bred Registered Miniature Jersey bull will qualify for registration.
As of 1/1/2025 Beef Cows will no longer be considered for the Homestead Certificate. To eventually qualify for a permanent certificate the resulting animals must have all of the attributes of a Miniature Jersey including but not limited to color, conformation, head, size and pigment.
